This is 48 per cent cheaper than during the peak season in August, when prices reach their highest point at €29 per day. Overall, during the winter and early spring months (January to March), car hire remains the most affordable, with a gradual increase from €15 to €17.

From April onwards, prices rise sharply to €25, which is linked to the start of the tourist season.
